I’ve spent more than two decades building and operating software systems across architecture, cloud, security, product, and large-scale delivery. The through-line is practical: design systems that hold up under real use, then keep them coherent as the business and the technology shift.

At Workplate we’re building an AI-native operating platform for businesses that sell and deliver work to customers — bringing customers, work, assets, money, and communication into a more coherent operating model. I also advise founders, CEOs, and technology leaders on AI adoption, product modernization, architecture, and engineering strategy.

The question I keep returning to: how should businesses and software systems evolve when intelligence and implementation are becoming dramatically cheaper? That changes what we build, how teams operate, where AI should be trusted, and where human judgment still matters.
